Abstract

This study aims to analyze innovations in educational management in managing adaptive curricula to optimize student achievement in the era of technological disruption. The background of this research is based on rapid changes in education due to digital technological advancements, which require educational institutions to be more flexible, responsive, and innovative in designing and implementing curricula. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study design, examining various relevant sources related to educational management, adaptive curriculum, and digital transformation. The results indicate that innovations in educational management can be achieved through the integration of technology in learning processes, strengthening transformational leadership roles, and implementing data-driven evaluation systems. An adaptive curriculum enables adjustments in content, methods, and learning strategies according to students’ needs, potentials, and development. Furthermore, collaboration among educational stakeholders is a crucial factor in the successful implementation of adaptive curricula. Therefore, effective innovation in educational management can enhance learning quality and student achievement sustainably amidst the challenges of the digital era.
